There is also a section on healthy diets where I give advice on how to adapt balanced eating to your life so you can make permanent changes. I will also share some steps the reader can take with regard to exercise. We will cover cardio and strength training and the health benefits that each form of exercise can add to your overall health as well as help you meet your weight loss goals.
The old belief that eating habits and exercise are the only factors in weight loss isn’t accurate. In my book, we will delve into how important your mindset is to making positive and permanent lifestyle changes. Your mindset can either boost your success or hinder it, but it’s also easy to burn out. We will address burnout and how to recharge your mind and body by exploring the importance of self-care. There is so much more to weight loss than you think.”
